Role Description The Personal Secretary role at Skillatude is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Personal Secretary will provide day-to-day administrative and executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing documentation and presentations. The role involves handling correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and commitments. The Personal Secretary will support leadership with meeting preparation, minute-taking, and task tracking, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a dynamic consulting and training environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support leadership and manage daily priorities.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance capabilities to handle documentation, scheduling, and office coordination.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for managing correspondence, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing clear written materials.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate reliability, and exercise sound judgment in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, word processing) and comfort with digital collaboration platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Prior experience in a secretary, executive assistant, or administrative support role is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in administration, business, or a related field is beneficial.
