We are currently hiring for the position of Personal Banker for an International Voice Process supporting UK customers.
Location: Pune / Gurugram
Shift: UK Hours
Process: International Voice
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years
Cab Facility: Provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve banking-related queries.
- Provide accurate solutions and excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with banking transactions and service requests.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant customer service experience.
- International Voice Process experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
