## Position Details
- Role: Area Collection Manager
- Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
- Experience: 5–10+ Years
- Industry: Banking | NBFC | FinTech | Credit Collection
## Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end collection and recovery operations across assigned portfolios.
- Lead and motivate field and tele-collection teams to achieve collection targets.
- Monitor delinquency, NPA recovery, and portfolio performance.
- Handle agency and vendor management while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Develop collection strategies to improve recovery efficiency.
- Review MIS reports and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate settlement, repossession, skip tracing, and legal recovery cases.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
