Role Description
The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to executives and team members at the International Coaching Institute’s Mumbai location. This full-time, on-site role includes managing calendars and diaries, coordinating meetings, organizing travel and logistics, and handling correspondence and phone calls. The role involves preparing documents and presentations, maintaining records and filing systems, and supporting day-to-day office operations. The Personal Assistant will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensure tasks and deadlines are tracked, and assist with event coordination and coaching program-related administrative activities. The position requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance skills, including organizing tasks, prioritizing workload, and providing proactive support.
- Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as meeting coordination, travel planning, and document preparation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with executives, team members, clients, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess effective Diary Management skills, including calendar scheduling, appointment coordination, and reminder management.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, such as filing, data entry, document handling, and basic office administration.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, proficiency with office software (email, calendars, spreadsheets, word processing), and strong attention to detail.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field, experience in education or professional training environments, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
