Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Personal Assistant will support agency leadership with day-to-day executive and administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining contact lists. Responsibilities include coordinating appointments for models and clients, preparing documents and presentations, handling correspondence via email and phone, and keeping records and files up to date. The role involves liaising with internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing proactive support during events, castings, and client visits. The Personal Assistant is expected to maintain confidentiality, uphold professional standards, and adapt to changing priorities within a dynamic agency environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance skills, including organizing tasks, managing priorities, and providing proactive support.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and handling confidential information.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, talent, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient Diary Management abilities, including calendar management, scheduling, and appointment coordination.
- Solid Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, data entry, filing, and basic office software proficiency (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Prior experience in talent management, fashion, media, or hospitality sectors is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Relevant education or certification in administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
