We're looking for a *Performance Marketing Specialist* who is passionate about scaling brands through data-driven advertising campaigns. If you have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms and know how to maximize ROI, we'd love to hear from you.
## Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and optimize advertising campaigns on:
* Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* Google Ads (Search, Display & Performance Max)
* YouTube Ads
* Google Shopping Ads (if applicable)
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize for maximum ROAS.
• Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
• Create and execute retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative team for high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes across advertising platforms.
## Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience managing high-budget campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, events, and analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CPA, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
## Preferred Skills
• Experience with YouTube video advertising.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
• Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools is a plus.
