We’re Hiring | Performance Marketing & Lifecycle Marketing Associate

We’re looking for a Performance & Lifecycle Marketing Associate who can combine paid acquisition with data-driven customer lifecycle strategies.
What you’ll work on:
📈 Performance Marketing
• Manage & optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates & lead quality
• Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences and campaigns
• Analyse campaign performance and improve attribution & conversion tracking
🔄 Lifecycle Marketing
• Build automated customer journeys using WebEngage
• Create communication campaigns across multiple channels
• Identify funnel drop-offs and improve user movement across stages
• Build behavioural/user segments for targeted communication
• Collaborate with Product & Tech teams on events and user tracking
What we’re looking for:
• 1–3 years in Performance/Growth/CRM/Lifecycle/Retention Marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Experience with WebEngage, CleverTap, MoEngage or similar tools is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, pixels, events & conversion metrics
• Comfortable working with campaign and user-level data
