We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive 🚀
Speakeasy is looking for a sharp, hands-on Performance Marketing Executive to own and scale our paid campaigns.
This is a high-volume creative testing + high-budget management role. If you live inside ad accounts, love watching numbers move, and get genuinely excited about scaling spend efficiently — this one's for you.
📍 Location: Noida (on-site) 🗓️ Working Days: Monday to Saturday 💰 Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA
What you'll do
→ Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms → Manage significant ad budgets with a sharp eye on ROAS, CAC, and efficiency → Run a high volume of creative tests — build, launch, learn, iterate, repeat → Monitor performance daily and make fast, data-backed optimization calls → Work closely with creative and design teams to keep the testing pipeline full → Track, report, and act on campaign metrics without being told to
What we're looking for
→ 1–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience → Comfortable managing large budgets without flinching → Strong grip on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads → A genuine tester mindset — you treat every campaign as an experiment → Sharp with numbers, dashboards, and attribution → Fast-moving, ownership-driven, and thrives in a high-pace environment
