Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Performance Marketing professional will plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive lead generation for HR consultancy, resume services, and business consulting offerings. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, segmenting target audiences, setting campaign objectives and budgets, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports with actionable insights. The role will also involve coordinating with sales and HR teams to align marketing strategies with business goals, improving customer journeys, and enhancing brand visibility through data-driven initiatives. The individual will engage with prospects and clients to understand their needs and refine messaging for higher conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, collaborate with internal teams, and support client-facing initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities for informed campaign planning.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support lead nurturing, conversion efforts, and alignment between marketing and revenue objectives.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills to design, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads), analytics tools, and CRM systems is beneficial.
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities, with comfort interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
