Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Performance Marketer Meta and Google Ads Expert. The role involves managing Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, developing and optimizing advertising strategies, conducting performance analysis, and delivering key insights to maximize ROI. The candidate will also monitor trends, perform A/B testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Meta advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram ads) and Google Ads
- Experience in campaign strategy, implementation, optimization, and scaling ad performance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Knowledge of A/B testing, audience targeting, and bidding techniques across ad platforms
- Familiarity with tools for keyword research, campaign tracking, and performance analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in tracking and reporting results
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, with relevant certifications in digital advertising being a plus
