This is a full-time role for a Performance Marketing Specialist - Working From Office in Ahmedabad.
Role Description
We are looking for a driven and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to join our International Digital Hub team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing and reporting on integrated marketing campaigns across Paid Search, and Paid Social.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Develop integrated performance media strategies and media plans
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads
- Execute testing strategies across audiences, creatives and bidding approaches
- In depth knowledge of Search PPC, keeping up to date with the latest trends, updates and techniques
- Deliver reporting, insights and budget optimization recommendations
- Act as a key client and stakeholder contact
Success Measures
- Achievement of client KPIs, campaign efficiency, client satisfaction, account quality, innovation, and team development
- Strong accountability across the assigned workstreams while being an effective communicator
Skills:
- 3+ years of performance marketing experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Paid Search and Paid Social (Meta)
- Google Search Ads certification preferred
- Strong analytical, presentation and stakeholder management skills
