White Label Media is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our team!
📍 Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
🕐 Employment: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute paid digital marketing campaigns
• Manage and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions and ROI
• Analyze data and prepare performance reports
• Conduct audience research and A/B testing
• Work closely with the creative and content teams
Requirements:
✔️ 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing
✔️ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔️ Good understanding of KPIs, ROAS, CPL, CPA and conversions
✔️ Experience in handling multiple campaigns is a plus
