About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in paid advertising across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Facebook & Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop paid media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, audiences, and conversion tracking.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and other key metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaigns based on performance data.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and strategy teams.
- Take ownership of campaign performance and optimisation.
Mandatory Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ALL THREE platforms is compulsory:Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Candidates with experience in only one or two platforms will not be considered.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant performance marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of paid media and campaign optimisation.
- Experience managing advertising budgets.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns from setup through reporting and optimisation.
