Position Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience and strong analytical thinking to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads, and will work closely with the sales/counselor team to connect marketing activity with admissions outcomes.
Key Responisibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-backed optimizations to improve key metrics (CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS, etc.).
• Manage budget allocation across campaigns and channels to maximize return on ad spend.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards/reports to track spend, leads, and conversion trends.
• Work closely with the creative team to brief and test ad creatives, and identify what's performing best.
• Collaborate with the sales/counselor team to track lead-to-admission conversion and refine targeting accordingly.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
• Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and competitor activity relevant to performance marketing.
Skills & Qualification
• 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing, preferably managing paid campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to read data, spot trends, and translate insights into action.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and campaign tracking/attribution basics.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Clear understanding of funnel metrics – CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with creative and sales teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred
• Experience in the education/ed-tech industry or lead-generation-heavy business models.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
• Basic understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.).
