About the role
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sr. D&T Analyst with strong experience in Workbrain/Kronos and Workforce Management systems to support production operations, enhancements, testing, and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide production support and troubleshoot Workbrain/Kronos issues.
- Handle system enhancements, configuration changes, and process improvements.
- Support Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Payroll integrations.
- Manage requirements gathering, testing, UAT, release upgrades, and deployment activities.
- Perform root-cause analysis and ensure timely incident/defect resolution.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, business teams, vendors, and global technical teams.
- Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Workbrain and/or Kronos/UKG.
- Experience in workforce management, timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, and payroll processes.
- Strong production support, testing, release management, and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
