Your Role:
The Pedagogy Manager acts as the primary academic partner for assigned company-owned and franchisee preschools within a specific region enabling successful implementation of Dibber pedagogy through coaching, relationship management, educator capability building, and continuous quality improvement. The role requires balancing global pedagogy standards with practical support, ensuring every franchisee is empowered to deliver a consistent Dibber experience.
Educational Qualifications Experiences:
· Graduate in Home Science/Human Development/Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE)
· 2+ years’ Experience in early childhood education
· Experience working with franchisee-owned schools/preschools-Mandatory
· Experience managing 20–40 centres across a region-Mandatory
· Prior experience as a preschool centre manager, curriculum coordinator, or in an IB school is preferred
· Experience in training and development, particularly in education training or soft skills training, conducting classroom observations, quality audits, educator coaching
· Experience partnering directly with franchisee partners, principals, or centre heads.
· Good knowledge of state educational policies and frameworks

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage educators, franchise owners, centre leaders, parents, and internal stakeholders.
· Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills to build trusted partnerships while upholding academic standards.
· Strong coaching, interpersonal, and leadership skills to mentor educators and inspire high-performing teams.
· Ability to influence, drive change, and ensure pedagogy implementation across multiple centres without direct authority.
· Strong growth mindset with the ability to adapt, learn, and embrace new ways of working.
· Excellent analytical, observation, and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and develop improvement plans.
· Strong planning, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for reporting, documentation, and data analysis.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Ensure consistent implementation of Dibber pedagogy across assigned company-owned and franchisee units, maintaining high standards of quality and child experience.
· Develop and execute the annual training calendar, delivering scheduled and need-based training programs to strengthen educator capability.
· Enable educators to confidently design engaging, child-centric, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that foster curiosity, exploration, and meaningful learning.
· Conduct classroom observations and pedagogy audits to evaluate implementation, identify gaps, and provide constructive feedback.
· Develop and monitor Pedagogy Improvement Plans, ensuring timely closure of action plans through regular follow-ups.
· Coach and mentor educators and unit managers to strengthen pedagogical practices, classroom quality, and professional growth.
· Build strong partnerships with franchise partners through regular pedagogical reviews, proactive guidance, and practical solutions that drive continuous improvement
· Support the pedagogical readiness and onboarding of new francise units, including educator orientation, curriculum implementation, classroom setup, and pedagogical processes.
· Plan and facilitate parent engagement initiatives, workshops, and seminars to strengthen parents' understanding of Dibber's philosophy and child development approach.
· Monitor key performance indicators, training effectiveness, audit scores, and educator development while maintaining accurate documentation and periodic reports.
· Ensure timely service delivery, effective stakeholder communication, and resolution of pedagogical queries and concerns in line with defined service standards.
· Prepare and execute monthly regional plans while effectively managing assigned budgets and resources.
· Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
· Ability to work across multiple units and support
· Flexibility to work on Saturdays for trainings, events, or parent engagement activities.
