🇮🇳 WE ARE HIRING — INDIA PAYMENT MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced and well-connected India Payment Manager to manage and develop our payment operations across India.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily payment operations across India
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Indian payment providers, agents and banking partners
• Manage Pay-in & Payout operations
• Monitor transaction flow, settlements and payment performance
• Handle payment issues and coordinate quick resolutions
• Source and onboard reliable Indian payment providers
• Negotiate commercial terms and operational requirements
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Risk and Compliance teams
• Expand and maintain a strong Indian payment network
Requirements
• Proven experience in Indian payment operations / fintech / payment processing
• Strong knowledge of UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS and Indian banking systems
• Strong existing network of Indian payment providers or payment agents is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of Indian payment market dynamics
• Ability to manage high-volume payment operations
• Experience in fintech, payment gateways or high-risk payment processing is an advantage
