About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with 6–8 years of experience in hiring for Technology and Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS / B2B technology environment.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic hiring partner who can work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver high-quality talent across technical and commercial functions.
This role requires someone who is equally comfortable hiring for Engineering, Product, Data, and Technology roles as well as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions, and other GTM positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Technology and GTM positions, from requirement gathering to offer closure and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and establish effective hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both niche technology roles and critical GTM positions.
- Drive proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct effective candidate screening and assessment to ensure strong technical, functional, cultural, and organizational fit.
- Manage multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
- Own offer negotiations and manage candidates through the closing process.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted Talent Advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.
- Challenge and calibrate hiring requirements when necessary and provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, competition, and hiring trends.
- Drive regular recruitment reviews and provide visibility into pipeline, challenges, conversions, and hiring forecasts.
- Work collaboratively with HR, business leaders, interview panels, and other stakeholders to continuously improve the hiring process.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–8 years of relevant Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, preferably in a SaaS, B2B Technology, Product, or high-growth organization.
- Strong experience across both Technology and GTM hiring.
- Proven experience managing mid-to-senior level hiring and critical/niche positions.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS talent ecosystem and the technology hiring landscape.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence hiring managers and senior business leaders.
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with multiple hiring priorities.
- Strong understanding of compensation benchmarks and talent availability across relevant markets.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to use recruitment metrics to drive hiring decisions.
- Strong negotiation, candidate engagement, and offer-closing skills.
- Ability to operate as a business partner rather than a purely transactional recruiter.
Good to Have
- Experience hiring across multiple geographies.

- Exposure to executive / leadership hiring.
- Experience building talent pipelines for emerging or niche technology skills.
- Familiarity with modern ATS, sourcing, recruitment analytics, and HR technology platforms.
