Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with 4–10 years of hands-on experience in US Staffing. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working on W2 requirements, with a strong track record of hiring through Direct Clients and Implementation Partners. The candidate must possess excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
● Work extensively on W2 requirements for Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.
● Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, JobDiva, Monster, Indeed, and other job portals.
● Screen candidates for technical skills, work authorization, and client fit.
● Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
● Negotiate compensation and ensure successful offer closures.
● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
● Ensure compliance with client submission guidelines and documentation.
● Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Required Skills
● 5–8 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
● Strong experience working on W2 requirements.
● Proven experience supporting Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.
● Excellent knowledge of US work authorizations (USC, GC, GC-EAD, H1B, H4-EAD, OPT/CPT).
● Strong understanding of various IT technologies and technical roles.
● Expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
● Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
● Strong closure ratio and experience handling multiple priority requirements.
● Experience recruiting for cloud, ERP, DevOps, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and software development roles.
● Ability to mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team success.
