🚨 WE’RE HIRING | PARABROKER – AUSTRALIAN MORTGAGES 🇦🇺🏠
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST

Are you experienced in Australian mortgage processing, parabroking, or broker support? Join Career Crafters, a knowledge-based data processing and business outsourcing company supporting Australian mortgage brokers.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage home loan applications from document collection to settlement
• Assess loan files against Australian lender policies
• Research and compare lender products, rates, fees & policies
• Review PAYG, self-employed, company & trust income documents
• Perform serviceability and borrowing capacity calculations
• Prepare and submit applications through lender portals/aggregator systems
• Coordinate with lenders, BDMs, solicitors, valuers & other stakeholders
• Track conditional approvals, outstanding conditions & documentation
• Maintain accurate CRM records and file notes
• Support brokers with credit proposals, scenario analysis & loan structuring
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ 2+ years of experience in Australian mortgage / parabroking / broker support
✅ Strong knowledge of Australian home loan products & lender policies
✅ Understanding of credit assessment, income assessment & serviceability
✅ Experience with platforms such as Mercury, Flex, ApplyOnline, MyCRM or Salestrekker
✅ Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
✅ Strong English communication skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple loan files and deadlines
🎓 Qualification: Graduate degree/MBA with relevant mortgage processing or financial services experience.
