Role Description The Owner Relations Associate (Entry Level) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role focuses on supporting property owners throughout their journey with JadeCaps, including onboarding new owners, explaining platform features, and addressing day-to-day queries. The associate will coordinate documentation, assist with basic financial and performance reporting, and ensure owners receive timely updates on bookings, pricing, and operational changes. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, collaborating with internal teams (operations, finance, and product), and escalating complex issues to senior team members when needed. The role requires strong communication, a service-oriented mindset, and an interest in the evolving short-term rental and property technology space.
Qualifications
- Foundational understanding or interest in Law to support contract review, owner agreements, and compliance-related documentation.
- Basic knowledge of Finance to interpret statements, track payouts, and assist owners with revenue and performance-related queries.
- Project Management skills to coordinate owner onboarding, track tasks across teams, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Research abilities to gather information on market trends, owner needs, and competitive offerings, and to support data-driven decision-making.
- Interest or exposure to Product Development to relay owner feedback, contribute to feature improvements, and understand platform capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with property owners.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working with digital tools and dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, law, finance, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
