Civil Site Engineer — Interior Fit-Out
Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR

Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with practical Interior Fit-Out experience who can take ownership of project execution, site coordination, measurements and billing support.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently at site, coordinating manpower and vendors, understanding drawings and BOQs, and communicating project progress to the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site execution.
- Coordinate manpower, vendors and subcontractors.
- Understand and execute work as per drawings and BOQ.
- Take site measurements and maintain measurement records.
- Prepare and verify quantities for client billing.
- Support preparation and submission of client bills.
- Track project progress against timelines.
- Plan material requirements with the operations/procurement team.
- Check quality of executed work.
- Identify site issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants at site when required.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Ensure timely completion and proper handover of projects.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–2 years of practical experience.
- Interior Fit-Out experience is preferred and important.
- Good understanding of BOQ and measurements.
- Ability to read and understand drawings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate labour and vendors.
- Willingness to take ownership of project execution.
We are looking for practical knowledge and the ability to get work executed. Candidates who have worked on actual construction sites are preferred.
