Role Description The Owner role at Abhisan Technology Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Owner oversees overall business strategy, sets organizational goals, and ensures alignment of technical and commercial priorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading senior teams, making key decisions on product development, service offerings, and client engagement, and monitoring company performance against targets. The role involves managing financial planning, budgeting, and risk, as well as fostering partnerships and exploring new market opportunities. The Owner is also expected to uphold company values, guide long-term vision, and ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in founding, owning, or leading a technology or e-commerce business, with strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, web application development processes, and digital marketing practices, including SEO and SMO.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting financial reports to drive business performance.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with global markets and international clients is highly beneficial.
