Role Description The Co-Founder internship role is an on-site position based in Noida, focused on helping build and grow Night School for Aspiring Product Managers. On a day-to-day basis, the Co-Founder intern collaborates on refining the business model, shaping program offerings, and improving learner outcomes through data-driven and market-focused decisions. The role involves conducting market and user research, supporting sales and outreach efforts, contributing to marketing campaigns, and communicating with learners, partners, and internal stakeholders. The Co-Founder intern also assists in designing operational processes, evaluating performance metrics, and brainstorming new initiatives to expand the reach and impact of the program. This is an internship role that offers hands-on experience in early-stage venture building and education product development.
