Overseas Education Counsellor | 5+ Years Experience
AbroadRunway is hiring an experienced Overseas Education Counsellor for our team in Madhapur, Hyderabad.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in overseas education counselling
- Must be comfortable working on-site in Madhapur, Hyderabad
- Must have a personal laptop that can be used for work
- Must be fluent in English, Hindi & Telugu
- Must be comfortable calling and following up with new enquiries
- Strong experience in end-to-end student counselling, admissions & visa processing
🎯 Role Responsibilities
You will handle the complete student journey from enquiry to visa, including:
- Calling and handling new student enquiries
- Understanding student profiles, academic background, goals and budget
- Providing one-on-one counselling on countries, courses and universities
- Shortlisting suitable universities and programs
- Managing university applications and documentation
- Following up with students and parents throughout the process
- Guiding students through the offer, fee payment and CAS/CoE process
- Providing guidance on the student visa application process
- Assisting with visa documentation, financial requirements and visa interview preparation
- Tracking applications and visa progress
- Coordinating with universities and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM
- Converting qualified enquiries into applications, admissions and successful visa outcomes
👤 Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who can independently manage students end-to-end, from the first enquiry and counselling call through university admission and visa processing.
