Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in OTM Cloud or OTM On-Premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on Oracle OTM Cloud / On-Premises implementation and support.
- Handle Order Management and Shipment Management.
- Work on Carrier Management and Rate Management.
- Configure OTM Agents, Workflows and Automation Agents.
- Support Bulk Planning processes and transportation execution.
- Manage user access, roles and security configurations.
- Support OTM integrations with OIC, ERP and external systems.
- Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot incidents.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
- Support testing, enhancements, patches and OTM upgrade activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles.
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
