We are hiring an experienced Oracle BSS Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Oracle BSS systems, enterprise application integration, and telecommunications BSS platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle BSS products, Java, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and system integrations.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
-Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle BSS application components such as BRM, Siebel CRM, OSM, PDC, and ECE.
-Develop custom workflows, APIs, and integrations between BSS platforms, OSS, digital channels, and enterprise systems.
-Design and optimize database objects, PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, and SQL queries.
-Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
-Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical incidents across the BSS ecosystem.
-Work on order management, billing, charging, product catalog, and CRM integration.
-Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver reliable BSS solutions.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ:
3+ years of professional experience in Oracle BSS systems administration, development, or enterprise application integration.
-Strong proficiency in Java and PL/SQL.
-Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and database modeling.
-Hands-on experience with one or more Oracle BSS products: Oracle BRM, Siebel CRM, OSM, PDC, or ECE.
-Experience with integration technologies and protocols such as REST, SOAP, JMS, and Kafka.
-Understanding of Telecom BSS business processes and TM Forum standards such as eTOM and SID.
