Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, including Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy & Compliance, VRM, Regulatory Change Management, and BCM.
- Design and implement IRM workflows, risk scoring, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).
- Configure Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flows, notifications, SLAs, and reports.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, and MID Server integrations with external enterprise systems.
- Perform data imports/exports, troubleshooting, and application support while ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on requirements, design, implementation, and sprint activities.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC development and implementation.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, configuration, data management, and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Advanced Risk, Audit, Policy & Compliance, VRM, Regulatory Change Management, and BCM.
- Mandatory: ServiceNow CIS – Risk and Compliance (GRC) certification.
- Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.
