Genesis Educates is an education mentoring institution based in
Panchkula, running three branches across Tricity (Panchkula Sector 15,
Sector 20 and Zirakpur). We work with students of Classes 8-12 across
CBSE and ICSE, alongside JEE, NEET and NDA preparation. We have served
over 15,000 families since 2009.
We are hiring one person to work directly with the Founder as Chief of
Staff, running operations across all three branches.
This is not a support role. You will own the machine.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Day-to-day operations across all three branches, with the admin teams
on ground reporting to you
- Every enquiry from first call to enrolment - follow-up discipline,
ownership of each lead, and closing the parents who are still deciding
- Parent communication, including our WhatsApp communities
- Live dashboards in Google Sheets covering admissions, retention,
attendance and fees
- Building systems and improving efficiency using AI tools
- Working directly with the Founder on strategy, then executing it on
ground
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in operations, centre management, branch management or a
similar role, with people reporting to you
- Strong process and follow-through - systems that hold when nobody is
watching
- Confident, warm communicator who is comfortable speaking with parents
directly and closing conversations
- Working proficiency in Google Sheets; genuine curiosity about AI tools
- Based in or willing to relocate to Tricity, and able to be on ground in
Panchkula daily
You do not need a background in education. We welcome strong operators
from hospitality front office, retail store management, healthcare
administration, banking branch operations and similar fields.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fixed salary of Rs 6,00,000 to Rs 8,00,000 per year, based on
experience and fit

branches
PLEASE NOTE
Peak admission season runs from March to May, and parents are most
available during evenings and weekends. This role requires flexibility
during those periods.
