POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to lead and oversee security operations across multiple client locations in Bangalore.
The ideal candidate should possess strong operational leadership capabilities, hands-on experience in security manpower management, client servicing, deployment planning, site supervision, and operational compliance. This role requires a professional who can take complete ownership of security operations while maintaining high service standards and client satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage day-to-day security operations across multiple client sites.
• Ensure proper deployment of security personnel as per contractual and operational requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and operational reviews.
• Supervise Field Officers, Supervisors, and Security Guards across assigned locations.
• Monitor attendance, manpower deployment, shift planning, reliever arrangements, and operational discipline.
• Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), client requirements, and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives, facility managers, administration teams, and security heads.
• Address operational challenges, client concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Investigate incidents, security breaches, complaints, and operational deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Training, and Management teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support onboarding and operational stabilization of new sites.
• Monitor service quality, contract performance, and client satisfaction levels.
• Prepare operational reports, audit reports, incident reports, and management updates.
• Conduct team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure consistent service delivery across all assigned sites.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in security operations.
• Prior experience within a private security services organization is highly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple sites and security manpower deployments.
• Strong understanding of security operations, access control, incident management, and client servicing.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Comfortable travelling across Bangalore for site visits and operational reviews.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle operational emergencies effectively.
PREFERRED PROFILE
• Experience managing corporate, industrial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, logistics, retail, or educational security assignments.
• Strong client-handling and service-delivery background.
• Experience in manpower planning, deployment management, and operational audits.
• Knowledge of labour compliance and security industry best practices will be an added advantage.
