About Miror
Miror is a Bengaluru-based D2C women’s wellness brand focused on perimenopause and menopause health. We sell clinically informed nutraceuticals, run doctor consultations, and are building an HRT Excellence Center.
About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on operations generalist to run vendors, procurement, supply chain and e-commerce fulfilment, and to build the processes that keep them running. You’ll report directly to the Founder & MD and work closely with logistics, tech, marketing, finance and customer support.
What you’ll do:
Vendor management & procurement
- Source, onboard and manage vendors: manufacturers, packaging, labs, logistics and service providers
- Run procurement end to end: RFQs, quotes, POs, payment follow-ups and GRN
- Negotiate pricing and terms; draft SLAs and agreements for founder/legal sign-off
- Track vendor performance on quality, cost and timelines, and resolve issues
Supply chain & e-commerce operations
- Plan inventory and reorders so products are never out of stock or near expiry
- Manage batch and expiry tracking (FEFO) and collect CoAs and lab reports from manufacturers
- Handle order processing, warehousing, courier partners, returns and RTO
- Monitor website and marketplace orders, delivery TAT and fulfilment SLAs
- Reconcile COD remittances and payment gateway settlements with finance
Processes & reporting
- Map current processes, find gaps, and write simple SOPs and checklists
- Define SLAs with internal teams and vendors, and track them weekly
- Set up trackers, dashboards and MIS reports for leadership
Cross-team ownership
- Act as the link between marketing, tech, customer support, finance and external partners
- Run regular ops reviews so handoffs between teams don’t drop
- Take on new areas as we grow, including FSSAI compliance support and product launches
What success looks like
First 90 days
- Every active vendor, contract and SLA in one tracker
- Inventory and order dashboards live and reviewed weekly
- SOPs in place for procurement, order fulfilment and returns
First year
- Better pricing or terms on key vendor contracts
- Fewer stock-outs, faster delivery TAT and lower RTO
- Ops is the go-to point for cross-team issues
Must-have
- 6–7 years in operations, with hands-on vendor management and procurement
- Experience in supply chain and e-commerce operations (D2C, marketplace or quick commerce)
- Has negotiated contracts and set SLAs with vendors
- Has built processes and SOPs from scratch
- Strong in Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable with order management, inventory and automation tools
- Works well across functions and takes ownership
- Graduate; an MBA or supply chain qualification is a plus
Good to have
- Experience in nutraceuticals, FMCG, health or wellness
- Exposure to FSSAI or other regulatory processes
- Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, Unicommerce, Shiprocket or similar tools
- Kannada or Hindi in addition to English
