Role Description The Operations Management Trainee role at Saruh is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. The trainee will support daily operational activities, including monitoring performance metrics, analyzing restaurant data, and preparing reports for management. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, assisting in process improvements, supporting project execution, and helping address operational issues. The role also involves learning Saruh’s platform, supporting customers with basic operational queries, and contributing to documentation and best practices. This position is designed to develop future operations leaders through structured training and hands-on experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to understand workflows, optimize processes, and support daily restaurant operations.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and convey insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support restaurant clients, respond to inquiries, and maintain positive relationships.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking operational initiatives.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality Management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Comfort with technology, basic proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools, and an interest in AI-driven solutions are advantageous.
