Are you passionate about operations, logistics, and supply chain management? Join our team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment while working on real business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate closely with the packing team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Plan, monitor, and execute timely dispatches of customer orders.
- Track dispatch schedules and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve dispatch-related issues and avoid delays.
- Assist with inventory tracking and stock management.
- Monitor order fulfillment and logistics activities.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare operational reports using MS Excel.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Who We're Looking For- Eligibility: Pursuing or recently completed a BBA, B.Com, Supply Chain Management, or a related degree, with a strong interest in Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of operations, logistics, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Available to work full-time from our Navi Mumbai office.
