Next Step HR is hiring an Operations Intern for a modeling agency in Mumbai. The agency operates across the fashion, modeling and influencer base and is looking for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day operations and coordinate across models, clients, production teams and external partners.
Location: Mumbai, India
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day operational activities across the modeling agency
- Source and coordinate models based on client briefs and campaign requirements
- Maintain and update the agency’s model database, profiles, availability and documentation
- Coordinate with models, photographers, stylists, makeup artists, production teams and clients
- Manage shoot schedules, call sheets, confirmations and logistics
- Coordinate model availability, bookings, travel, timings and shoot requirements
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with models, clients and internal teams
- Support the commercial and administrative process from booking confirmation to project closure
- Prepare invoices, payment documentation and billing follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, shoots, invoices, payments and project status
- Support client servicing and ensure project requirements are tracked and delivered on time
- Identify operational gaps and help build efficient systems and processes
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and timelines
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in modeling, influencer marketing, talent management, casting, production or a closely related field
- Strong interest in the fashion, modeling, influencer and entertainment ecosystem
- Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Ability to commit up to 30 hours per week
- Must be based in Mumbai/Bombay for periodic team meetups
- Comfortable communicating with models, creators, clients and external vendors
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Proactive attitude with strong ownership and execution skills

Stipend: ₹20,000/month
