Working Days - 6 days (WFO)
Working time - 12pm to 9pm (9hrs)
Stipend - 25k per month
About the Role
We're looking for Ops Interns to join our Learner Success team, responsible for ensuring learners have a smooth onboarding experience and stay on track throughout their program. This is a high-ownership, calling-intensive role critical to learner retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding Calls: Connect with newly enrolled learners to guide them through the onboarding process and set them up for success.
- At-Risk Learner Management: Identify and call learners who are falling behind or disengaged, understand their concerns, and work to re-engage them.
- Query & Issue Resolution: Handle learner queries and support requests raised via email and support channels within defined turnaround times.
- Attendance Tracking: Monitor missed sessions using tracking systems, follow up with learners, and document reasons for absence.
- Rating & Feedback Management: Address learner concerns proactively to maintain high satisfaction scores; help identify and correct any inaccurate ratings.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and learner status; share periodic updates.
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal communication skills in Telugu/Tamil and English
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
- Basic understanding of operations or customer support functions (prior experience is a plus, not mandatory)
- Highly trainable — quick to learn new tools, processes, and workflows
- Empathetic and patient — able to handle learner concerns with a problem-solving mindset
- Organized, with good follow-through on pending tasks
