Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Odessa Functional Consultant with strong knowledge of lease and loan management, asset finance, business process analysis, requirements gathering, functional configuration, testing, implementation, and production support.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, project managers, technical developers, and integration teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the Odessa Platform.
The role will be involved across the complete asset-finance lifecycle, including origination, contract management, servicing, billing, payments, accounting, asset management, termination, remarketing, reporting, and integrations.Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
Responsibilities:
Data Migration
- Analyze legacy lease and loan data.
- Define source-to-target data mapping.
- Support data cleansing and transformation.
- Validate migrated customer, asset, contract, balance, and transaction data.
- Perform migration reconciliation.
- Support mock migrations and production cutover.
- Investigate migration-related data issues.
Required Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Odessa Platform.
- Functional configuration experience.
- Understanding of Odessa lease and loan modules.
- Experience with business rules and workflow configuration.
- Knowledge of integrations and APIs.
- Experience with data migration.
- Strong SQL/data-validation skills are preferred.
- Experience with Excel for data analysis and reconciliation.
- Understanding of ERP/financial systems.
- Experience with testing tools and defect-management processes.
