Job Description – Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant
Position: Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant
Location: Kanpur
Experience: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Oracle EBS HRMS functional activities.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Work on HRMS modules such as Oracle HR, Core HR, Payroll, and Self-Service.
- Configure and support Oracle EBS HRMS as per business requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and process flows.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, interfaces, and integrations.
- Perform testing, UAT, issue resolution, and production support.
- Handle client/user interactions and provide functional support.
- Analyze and troubleshoot functional issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS HRMS.
- Good understanding of Oracle HRMS modules and HR business processes.
- Experience in implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
- Good knowledge of requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
