Job Description:
- Health and nutrition expert, who can give training to customers on products, marketing plans, making them understand the concept of products.
- Designing product presentations for internal as well as external stakeholders
- Support other teams in the product launch planning and coordination.
- Design, produce, implement, coordinate & evaluate tactical launch training activities for assigned products.
- Deliver customized nutrition plans in line with individual needs and recommend the best supplements.
- Responsible for training the junior/ regional training staff on various products
- Support the Sales and Marketing teams in the planning and execution of commercial initiatives like marketing campaigns and plans of action.
- Identify training needs and create customized training program.
- Active involvement in Product development
- Responsible in development and delivery of key training presentations.
- Provide trainings on all type well food supplement , home care , personal care and Skin care by showing proper power demonstration.
- Plan TTTs / Enablement Workshops for Consultant Network in coordination with Regional Teams
- Training all CSO & ASMs/BDEs on all type well food supplement , home care , personal care and Skin care once in every quarter to cover Pan India
- To develop and motivate Consultant Network through training with business plan.
- Promoting the business and activities of the company.
- Promoting the brand, business activities and products of the company.
- Organize and manage events such as seminars, workshop, and training across the country to conduct training and promotional meetings.
