Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Nursing Staff position based in Ranchi, Jharkhand. We are hiring Registered Nurses for the following departments:
- Emergency (ER)
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Cardiac Care Unit (CCU)
- OBGY, NICU & Paediatrics
- OT Scrub Nurse
The Nursing Staff will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care by assessing patients, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting in medical procedures, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and ensuring compliance with infection prevention and patient safety protocols. The role requires close collaboration with consultants, resident doctors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective patient care. Nurses will also educate patients and their families, participate in emergency response, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid State Nursing Council Registration is mandatory.
- 4–6 years of clinical experience, preferably in ER, ICU, CCU, OBGY, OT,NICU, or Paediatric departments of a multi-speciality or super speciality hospital.
- Sound knowledge of patient assessment, medication administration, critical care nursing, infection control, and emergency response protocols.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is mandatory; ACLS/PALS certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills with proficiency in electronic medical records.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, manage critically ill patients, and perform effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
