Careers360 is Hiring | NEET PG Counsellor
Careers360 is looking for NEET PG Counsellors to join our Counselling Services Team.
Experienced professionals and freshers are both welcome to apply!
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Prior experience in NEET PG / Medical Admission Counselling is preferred, but freshers with a strong understanding of the medical field are also encouraged to apply.
✅ Candidates with a background in MBBS, BDS, MD, MS, Diploma, DNB, MDS, or related medical/dental qualifications.
✅ Good understanding of NEET PG counselling, specialisations, colleges, seat matrix, quotas, and admission processes.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to understand students’ requirements and provide clear, accurate, and practical guidance.
✅ Comfortable interacting with students and parents through 1:1 counselling sessions, calls, and online meetings.
✅ Willingness to learn, stay updated, and work in a fast-paced counselling environment.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Guide students and parents throughout the NEET PG counselling and admission process.
🔹 Help students understand college options, specialisations, fees, quotas, and admission procedures.
🔹 Provide personalised guidance based on rank, preferences, budget, and career goals.
🔹 Assist students with choice filling and college selection.
🔹 Handle counselling-related queries and provide timely support.
🔹 Build strong relationships with students and parents through effective communication.
