About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Modular Designer to join our team in Jammu. The role involves understanding client requirements, developing customized modular solutions, preparing 2D/3D designs, and creating accurate quotations and cost estimates. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of modular planning and designing, good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate client requirements into practical and aesthetically appealing designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client lifestyle, functional requirements, design preferences, budget, and project expectations.
- Conduct detailed design consultations and provide professional design recommendations.
- Develop creative, functional, and space-efficient modular kitchen and residential interior designs.
- Prepare 2D/3D design concepts and layouts for client presentations.
- Revise designs based on client feedback while ensuring technical feasibility.
- Prepare accurate project quotations and cost estimates using the organization's design software.
- Maintain project drawings, design files, quotations, revisions, and approved client requirements.
- Stay updated with trends in modular kitchens, materials, finishes, and residential interior design.
- Apply AutoCAD knowledge whenever required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design (B.Des./BID or equivalent) or B.Sc. in Interior Designing or B.Arch. with interest or experience in modular kitchen and residential interior designing
- Full-time bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in modular designing
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience, skills etc.)
