🪑 Hiring: Product/Industrial Designer (Furniture & Home Decor) — Twigs Direct

About the Role Twigs Direct, a luxury bespoke wooden furniture brand, is looking for a versatile designer who can move fluidly between industrial design, product design, accessories, and interior spaces. If you love designing furniture and home decor pieces that are both functional and beautiful, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
- Design furniture, home decor, and accessory pieces from concept to production-ready detail
- Create 3D models and technical drawings (Rhino/SketchUp/AutoCAD)
- Collaborate with production, CNC, and carpentry teams to ensure design intent survives manufacturing
- Support interior/space design for client projects as needed
- Work with materials like wood, metal, and upholstery to develop new product lines
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in industrial/product/furniture/interior design
- Strong 3D modelling skills (Rhino, or similar)
- Working knowledge of materials, joinery, and furniture manufacturing processes
- Should be AI-forward and know how to use AI tools to optimise and speed up their workflow
- An eye for detail and a genuine interest in bespoke, luxury design
- Bonus: exposure to CNC/laser workflows, BOQ/costing, or accessory design
