Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced training on the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Train students through hands-on projects, live coding, and industry use cases.
- Mentor students in DSA, JavaScript, React, Backend APIs, Authentication, and Database Design.
- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and placement preparation sessions.
- Design and update course content aligned with current industry trends.
- Guide students in building deployment-ready full-stack applications.
Required Skills
- MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Redux Toolkit, React Router
- REST APIs, JWT Authentication
- Git & GitHub
- SQL/MySQL (Basic)
- Deployment (AWS, Vercel, Render, Netlify)
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Preferred: Prior experience as a Technical Trainer and candidates from Bhopal or willing to relocate.
