Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site WordPress Developer role based in Bhopal. The WordPress Developer will build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, including installing themes and plugins, configuring site settings, and ensuring stable performance. Daily responsibilities include developing front-end layouts, implementing responsive designs, integrating back-end functionality, and optimizing sites for speed and SEO. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with designers and marketers to translate requirements into functional sites, and maintaining security and regular updates. The developer will also participate in testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of existing client websites.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Responsive Web Design.
- Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills relevant to WordPress, such as PHP, MySQL, and theme/plugin customization.
- Candidates should possess Web Design skills to translate UI/UX concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly WordPress layouts.
- Candidates should possess Web Development skills covering full site setup, configuration, optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Working experience with WordPress core, custom themes, child themes, and commonly used plugins (e.g., SEO, security, caching).
- Knowledge of website performance optimization, basic SEO principles, and web security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Bhopal.
