1. JUNIOR ARCHITECT
B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture
0–2 years of experience
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drawings
Understanding of planning, working drawings and detailing
Creative approach with strong design skills
2. INTERIOR DESIGNER
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
0–2 years of experience
Strong understanding of space planning, materials and furniture layouts
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and/or relevant design software
Good design sense and attention to detail
3. SITE SUPERVISOR
1–3 years of site supervision experience
Knowledge of construction processes, materials and site execution
Ability to coordinate with contractors, workers and consultants
Regular site monitoring and quality control
Good communication and problem-solving skills
4. 3D VISUALISER
Proficiency in SketchUp and 3D visualization
Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion is preferred
Ability to create high-quality architectural interiors and exterior visuals
Strong sense of materials, lighting, composition and detailing
Creative eye with attention to presentation quality
