Minimum experience 10-15 years. Can lead the creation of new bag collections, source premium leathers and hardware, and ensure samples meet brand standards and cost targets. Coordinate directly with manufacturing units and tanneries to monitor production timelines, quality control, and on-time delivery. Forecast demand, manage supply chain operations, and ensure optimal stock levels across stores. Analyze sales data, track seasonal trends in fashion, and monitor competitor pricing to adjust product assortments and drive revenue. Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers while managing relationships with buyers, distributors, or retail store managers.
