Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Jewar. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and executing product displays, ensuring accurate stock levels, and maintaining visual standards in line with brand guidelines. Daily tasks include coordinating with sales and store teams, monitoring product performance, and recommending adjustments to assortments and promotions. The role involves collecting customer and market feedback, tracking inventory movement, and preparing basic reports to support sales and marketing initiatives. The Merchandiser will also assist in pricing updates, promotional setups, and maintaining a clean, well-organized retail environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers, store teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to manage product placement, support sales targets, and understand in-store operations.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support promotional activities, understand consumer preferences, and contribute to visual merchandising strategies.
- Ability to work on-site in Jewar, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic numerical and analytical skills for inventory tracking, sales reporting, and trend observation.
- Prior experience in merchandising, retail, or FMCG environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
