Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jodhpur for a Merchandiser. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales in alignment with the company's objectives. The role also entails executing merchandising strategies, coordinating with customers and internal teams, ensuring product presentation, and supporting marketing initiatives to promote the brand and increase sales.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Experience in Sales and Retail to achieve revenue goals and maintain optimal store presentation.
- Knowledge of Marketing to design and implement strategies that promote the brand and products.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in merchandising, specifically in furniture or handicrafts, is an advantage.
- Proficiency in tracking inventory and forecasting trends is a plus.
