🎯 **About the Role**
Phoenix Assurance Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its **Hospital Network Audit Portfolio** across India and is looking for qualified medical professionals to conduct **hospital audits, medical verifications, and healthcare compliance assessments** on a freelance basis.

🩺 **Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct on-site **Hospital Network Audits** at assigned healthcare facilities.
* Verify patient admission, treatment records, and hospitalisation details.
* Review medical records, billing documents, tariffs, treatment packages, and clinical documentation.
* Identify discrepancies, billing leakages, package deviations, and policy violations.
* Assess medical necessity and treatment appropriateness based on clinical records.
* Interact professionally with hospital doctors, medical staff, and administrative teams.
* Collect and verify all required supporting documents as per audit guidelines.
* Identify and report suspected **Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA)** cases wherever applicable.
* Prepare detailed audit observations and submit reports within the prescribed TAT.
* Maintain complete confidentiality of patient, hospital, and client information.
* Ensure compliance with company SOPs and client requirements throughout the audit process.
