About the Role
We're hiring a Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other ad platforms for our client portfolio. You'll partner closely with our client servicing and creative teams to turn ad spend into measurable, reportable growth.
What You'll Do
→ Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms
→ Own audience research, targeting, and segmentation strategy
→ Monitor budgets, bids, and pacing to hit CPC, CPA, and ROAS targets
→ Analyze performance data and turn it into clear, actionable client reports
→ Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting
→ Brief and collaborate with the creative team on ad assets
→ Track platform algorithm updates and ad policy changes
→ Manage multiple client accounts and budgets in parallel
What We're Looking For
✓ Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
✓ Solid grasp of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM)
✓ Comfort with pixel/conversion tracking, UTMs, Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager
✓ Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and an analytical mindset
✓ Ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines across industries
✓ Clear communicator, comfortable with internal and client-facing reporting
✓ Bonus: experience in D2C, e-commerce, or real estate advertising
✓ Bonus: familiarity with Shopify or WhatsApp marketing tools
